Snow Fort

My 4.5 year old and I spent a couple of hours outside yesterday building a HUGE snow fort. Two full rooms with built in seats, a set of stairs leading up to the 'roof' and a slide to come back down. You can't get the full effect in the photos, but they'll give you an idea.

Tea Time

Since things are slow in the photography world in January, I will be sharing lots of new images of my girls and various 'non-client' work.....
Yesterday there was a tea party at our house.....

My little ladies on Christmas

My favorite family!

How sweet is this....Tina arranged to fly Katherine's daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law in from out of state to surprise her for Christmas. She also booked me to take family portraits while everyone was together. Is that not the most incredible gift you've ever heard of???

Katherine, here is a little preview for you. I have a bunch more to proof yet, but here are a few of my favorites so far.

Urban Senior Portraits

I had the opportunity to do senior portraits for a very beautiful girl today. She was such a trooper and good sport about it all....it was 25 degrees and snowing...and we were outdoors for all of it. I am going to share a lot of photos from the session because I just love them. I hope that she does, too!!!!

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

My new website is up and running! I am so much more happy with it, and I know it will be much better for clients, as well. The photos are nice and big so you can getter better idea of what my work really looks like. And the biggest improvement is the addition to a client proofing area and shopping cart! That means that after a session you can view your proofs on my site, add the ones you like to your 'favorites' and go to the shopping cart to pick your sizes/quantities....and voila!
Please check it out!
One downfall is that if your monitor is totally square you may see the thumbnails for my gallery images getting squished into the jukebox and shopping cart buttons. If that happens, just let the slideshow run through them since you may have trouble clicking on them individually. For most, though, it works great!

New Website!!!!

I am so excited to tell you that I will be launching a new website very soon. Hopefully within a week. It will be so much more user friendly, especially for clients. It will have it's own client proof section as well as a shopping cart. That means that clients can view their photos right on a password protected page on my website and order right there. There has been a lot of confusion and frustration with the site I'm currently using for client proofing, so I am thrilled!

My URL will remain the same.... www.SoulReflectionPhotography.com

have a great day and watch for the new site!

You know that you have a two year old....

....when you get excited and think that these are 'great' photos. She was looking at me. So they are great. Picking nose, peeking through a book, looking somewhat vacant...but WOW great photos!
Yep, I've got a two year old.

And a couple of my four year old, to be fair :)
